1. Digital Subscriptions
Subscriptions are non-refundable once the service is activated, except under the ECTA 7‑day cooling‑off period.
No refunds for partial-month usage after activation.
2. Physical Products
Defective products (e.g., NFC cards) may be returned within 6 months for repair, replacement, or refund under the CPA.
Direct-marketing purchases may be cancelled within 5 days of receipt.
