1. Introduction

By using our digital business card services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. Users must be 18 or older.

2. Services & Fees

• Services are subscription-based, billed monthly or annually in ZAR, exclusive of VAT.

• We offer hosting (via VPS) and NFC card fulfilment; pricing may change with 30 days’ notice.

• Annual hosting is provided through a Tier‑3 data centre with 99.9% uptime.

3. Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely via Paystack (PCI DSS Level 1, ISO 27001/27701) supporting Visa, MasterCard, EFT, and SnapScan. 

• We do not store card or sensitive payment data; Paystack handles all sensitive data securely.

4. Accounts & Content

• You’re responsible for account credentials and accurate personal data.

• You retain ownership of your uploaded content (e.g., vCard details, logos) while granting Cardlyst™ a licence to operate the Services.

5. Acceptable Use

• You must not upload or share illegal content.

• Any attempt to disrupt the Services or access another user's account is strictly prohibited.

6. Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for payment failure, T&Cs breaches, or legal reasons.

• You may cancel at any time, subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Cardlyst™ is not liable for indirect or special damages.

• Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing Law

• Governed by South African law; disputes resolved in SA courts.

9. Amendments

• We may update these Terms; we’ll notify you, and continued use implies acceptance.
