Cardlyst™ Refund Policy

1. Digital Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once the service is activated, except under the ECTA 7‑day cooling‑off period.

  • No refunds for partial-month usage after activation.

2. Physical Products

  • Defective products (e.g., NFC cards) may be returned within 6 months for repair, replacement, or refund under the CPA.

  • Direct-marketing purchases may be cancelled within 5 days of receipt.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact support@cardlyst.co.za or +27 74 673 1749 with order reference and issue description.

  • Refunds processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
